| The filter class FFP3 dust mask from wolfcraft complies with the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. It protects you against toxic and carcinogenic substances such as dust, mist and smoke, e.g. from arsenic, asbestos, bacteria, beryl, carcinogenic particles, manure, fertilisers, nickel, strychnine, viruses, hardwood and stainless steel. The mask can easily be folded, for easy transport and space-saving storage. The protection class is designed for filtering 99.5 percent of the particles up to a size of 0.6 μm and allows safe use at workplaces with up to 30 times the occupational exposure limit value (OEL). FFP3 masks protect against toxic, solid and liquid particles as well as particles from carcinogenic and radioactive substances, spores, bacteria, viruses and enzymes. The maximum admissible pollutant concentration is 30 times the MAK value. The MAK value (German abbreviation for maximum workplace concentration) is the maximum permitted concentration of a substance in the (breathing) air at the workplace in the form of gas, vapour or suspended particles, which is not considered hazardous to the health, even if one is usually exposed to such concentration 8 hours a day and a maximum of 40 hours a week. |
